Reporting automation and AI audits for ad campaigns

Designed and deployed a reporting automation system for an international team's ad campaigns. The project eliminated routine status calls and manual number-crunching.

The core idea — an AI audit for every campaign: automated calculation of key metrics, analysis of every funnel, and ready-to-act optimization recommendations instead of raw data dumps.

Minimal manual work: the system picks up new campaigns on its own and generates regular per-region reports without manual setup.

Management gained a convenient high-level control tool without diving into the weeds, and the risk of inefficient spend dropped noticeably.

Media Planning · Offline Strategy
Multichannel offline strategy: bigger reach, much lower ad costs

Executed a large-scale offline strategy through direct tenders with no intermediaries — dozens of radio stations and hundreds of OOH locations.

Direct contracts with no agencies cut the cost per contact several times over and noticeably increased placement volume within the same budget.

The campaign delivered a multimillion-strong reach, noticeably lifted brand awareness, and grew offline inbound sales.

Proved the in-house advantage: a transparent tender system secures premium ad placements well below market rates, turning reach into real revenue.

Watching e-commerce expand since 2016, I realized that the winners aren't those with the biggest budgets — they're the ones who understand the mechanics. I came into marketing not for the theory, but for the tools. Starting with copywriting and SEO, I systematically mastered the full tech stack: from paid search and social ads to deep cross-channel analytics.

My path from copywriter to Head of Digital is built on hands-on experience. I've been through every click, every setup, every bug personally. My edge isn't managing by the book — it's the ability to understand every stage of a project from the inside. I know where budget leaks hide and where real growth opportunities lie, which is why I can step in and replace any specialist on my team.

At some point I shifted my priorities: "beautiful marketing" gave way to economics. Today I work only for results measured not in reach or likes, but in hard revenue. My job is to turn marketing tools into predictable profit.

How I restructured media planning and optimized P&L

First big challenge: an annual budget of $600,000 with the goal of reaching 35M+ people per month. The market was saturated with middlemen — purchase margins suffered, budget was eaten up by agency commissions.

I cut out the layers. Direct tenders, direct contracts with dozens of radio stations and hundreds of OOH sites.

CPM fell from $7.50 to $0.95 — 8×. Reach and SoV stayed record-high. Monthly savings of $25–30k redirected into performance channels. The CFO checked the reports three times before finally just nodding.

Scaling: entering 20+ international markets

Launching 50+ SKUs internationally isn't "running ads" — it's tuning a production-marketing pipeline. The brand entered each new country not as a newcomer, but with a fully built sales infrastructure.

Full-cycle: 3D renders, manuals, a library of 12,000+ photos, content and technical documentation localized into 4 languages. B2B lead gen via Apollo/Snov.io automation, distribution into national retail networks, continuous CRO on landing pages.

Entering a new country became a predictable, repeatable process. Partners receive turnkey marketing — no downtime, no operational chaos.

PR, Influencer & Loyalty: growing reach without inflating the budget

Built a communications system that unified B2B and B2C segments into a single information ecosystem. 100+ influencer integrations per year, technical webinars, loyalty programs — from premium merch to gamified incentives.

Implemented a co-marketing content strategy with dealers and retail chains. Steady organic traffic flow with zero media ad spend.

Brand equity strengthened and customer LTV grew with minimal promotion costs. While competitors poured budgets into CPM, our content kept working for years.

Data-driven expansion: lead generation automation

Built an automated geo-data parsing system (Google Maps and other sources) using AI for lead enrichment and categorization. A scalable model for any market complexity: India, Mexico, Australia.

The CRM fills with warm contacts automatically — no operators, no manual copy-paste.

The sales team receives thousands of qualified leads on day one of expansion. CAC drops significantly. Cold starts eliminated. I build infrastructure where marketing leads sales — not the other way around.

Performance marketing & web analytics: the economics of every click

I set campaign strategy (Google Ads, Meta Ads), define KPIs, and establish margin thresholds. Contractors work to my standards. Funnel audits, keyword reviews, and creative assessments — ongoing, no exceptions.

GA4 + GTM infrastructure provides full data transparency. Dashboards show marketing's contribution to business ROI in real time.

Organic growth of 2.5× through SEO and content strategy. Paid traffic scaled +50% while maintaining target ROAS.
